Editor's note: On November 27, 2020, the 115 kV substation project of Thailand Yongxing Company, which has received much attention, ushered in the most critical time node: high-voltage power transmission! With the official commissioning of the last main transformer power supply equipment of the company's substation, the power transmission work of the 115 kV substation of Thailand Yongxing Company was successfully completed! This not only marks the victory of the substation project, but also signifies that the construction of Thailand Yongxing Company will fully enter the stage of equipment commissioning and trial operation. Thailand Yongxing Company's steel production is just around the corner!

     "The substation is officially put into use!"  engineer Yang Ming , the substation commander of Thailand Yongxing Company, excitedly said . "After the substation is put into use, it can effectively improve the power supply capacity and reliability of our company's future production, and will solve demand for electricity of the equipment in each production workshop."

     Thailand Yongxing Company's 115 kV substation began preparations at the end of 2019, and the foundation was officially excavated at the end of March 2020, with a total area of 6,662 square meters. The equipment in the station is a domestic first-line product with good stability and high safety performance. Due to the lack of previous experience of our staff and the complexity of project development, on-site construction has been difficult all the way. However, the company's leadership attaches great importance to the substation project, actively organizes and coordinates the personnel and resources of all parties, and continuously promotes the construction of the project, and finally achieved remarkable results after all difficulties were overcome.

    Under the leadership of the company, Thailand Yongxing Substation Commander engineer Yang Ming, engineer Dang Yaxuan and others have overcome difficulties all the way, constantly combining the professional opinions of the substation equipment installation team to make careful arrangements for the work of the substation. During the period, they also formulated the installation plan based on the characteristics of Thailand's climate, which effectively reduced the impact of the rainy season on the progress of the substation project.

    Near the sprint stage before the anti-power transmission, the company optimized the construction organization, increased the input of on-site personnel, and clarified the division of labor arrangements. The commander-in-chief of the substation and the people in charge of the production workshops even led the front-line personnel and Burmese personnel to fight until the wee hours, sometimes even all night. The personnel of other departments are also actively participating: human resources department ensure the logistics services of overtime personnel;  safety department implements the power transmission safety protection work simultaneously; purchasing department cooperates with the purchase of emergency materials as soon as possible...everybody is put into the fully of substation construction! Mr. Lin Qiantao, the chairman of the board, and Ms. Wang Yang, the executive deputy managing director of Thailand Yongxing Company, went deep into the site to supervise the site and strictly grasp the details until the early morning, which greatly increased the unity and cohesion of the participants and greatly encouraged everyone's confidence. In the process of reverse power transmission test, the on-site electric power personnel strictly follow the operating procedures to operate, inspect and record, and there is no error in the whole link, which ensures that the reverse power transmission test work is completed in high quality and efficiently! Everyone is not afraid of difficult working on the front line, strictly implement every link, just for the company's power demand and smooth production, and give full play to the " members of Yongxing" practical work style.
